What is The Flock?
The Flock is our loyalty program, your VIP pass to more chicken, more perks, and more reasons to hang out with us. Earn points every time you order, unlock tasty rewards, and get in on exclusive offers before the rest of the Coop hears about them. Joining is free and easy: sign up on our website, in store, or in the app.
How do I earn points?
It’s easy — just eat chicken.
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food and drinks at any Crack Shack location, on our website, or in the app.
- We round — anything above 50 cents rounds up, anything below rounds down.
- Points land in your account within 15 minutes of purchase.
- To earn, just make sure we know it’s you:
- In store: scan your app QR code, or give your phone number or email at the register
- Online: log in to your Flock account on our website or in the app before you order.

- What doesn’t earn points: alcohol, gift cards, third-party delivery orders (like DoorDash or Uber Eats), anything paid for with rewards or comps, and tax, tip, and fees.
What can I get with my points?
In our Points Unlock Redeemables program, you start eating and start earning — then cash in your points for crave-worthy rewards like:
- 50 Points – Handcut Fries
- 100 Points – Biscuits
- 125 Points – Milkshake or 6 Piece Nugs
- 200 Points – Bowl or Sandwich
- 250 Points – 5 Piece Bone-in Fried Chicken
…and more surprises we’ll cook up along the way.
Do points expire?
Yes — points expire 365 days after you earn them. We’ll send you a heads-up before they fly the Coop, so keep an eye on your inbox. Want to check your balance anytime? Log in to your Flock account.
Do I get anything for signing up?
Yep — we believe in love at first bite.
- New members get a freebie item with a purchase of $5 or more, valid for 7 days after it’s issued.
- Limit one sign-up reward per device.
Can I get rewards for referring friends?
Cluck yes. Share the chicken gospel.
- You get 40 points when your friend signs up and completes their first visit / order using the app.
- The more friends you refer, the more surprises we’ll send your way.
Do you have birthday rewards?
You bet. Add your birthday to your profile and we’ll send you a free birthday treat to celebrate. (Cake optional.)
When will I see my points after a purchase?
Usually faster than we can fry a chicken — but officially, within 15 minutes of your purchase.
Do I need to use the app to earn points?
Nope! In store, just give your phone number or email at checkout, and we’ll add the points to your account. Ordering online? Log in to your Flock account on our website or in the app, and the points get added automatically. Want even more? Download the app for exclusive offers you won’t find anywhere else.
Do you have special promotions?
Absolutely. Flock members get seasonal offers, sneak previews, surprise gifts, and other reasons to check their phone a lot, in the app and by email.
