All Chicken Is Now Gluten-Free

Let’s start with the headline:
Every piece of chicken on the menu is now 100% gluten-free.
PLUS, our hand cut fries are also now entirely gluten-free!
That means whether it’s breaded (with gluten-free breading) or served unbreaded, you can order with confidence—no swaps, no guesswork. Same crispy, juicy chicken, just more accessible.
Wrap Game = Strong

We’ve officially entered our wrap era—and we didn’t hold back.
- Cali Drip Wrap – pollo asado, fries (yes, inside), pickled onions & jalapeños, chipotle-bacon mayo, melty oaxacan queso
- Crack Wrap – al pastor chicken, cotija, pickled jalapeño mayo, pico de gallo, cabbage mix
- Caesar’s Chick Wrap – now living its best life in the wrap section
Portable, packed, and honestly… a little dangerous.
Bowls That Actually Hit

For when you want something a little lighter—but still very much Crack Shack:
- Firebird Bowl – spicy fried thigh, crispy onions, pickles, cool ranch, greens
- All-American Chick Bowl – chicken patties, bacon, american cheese, mustardy onions, savory sauce
- SoCal Cobb – now upgraded with charred corn instead of apples
These aren’t “sad desk lunch” bowls. These are full-send bowls.
