Our Chicken Is Now Gluten-Free!
We’ve been working our way across Southern California, and now it’s official: our fried chicken is 100% gluten-free at every SoCal Crack Shack location.
With Encinitas and Little Italy joining the gluten-free lineup on October 19th, you can now get your Crack Shack fix gluten-free at Costa Mesa, Encinitas, Little Italy and Pacific Beach.
Same crispy, juicy chicken you know. We just ditched the gluten.
Our fried chicken is now made with gluten-free breading at all of our Southern California locations. And because chicken without fries would be a crime, our hand-cut fries are gluten-free, too.
That means more of the Crack Shack menu is on the table for our gluten-free guests — without sacrificing the crunch, flavor or chicken that got us here in the first place.
Wrap Game = Strong
Not looking for fried chicken? We’ve got that covered, too. Our wrap lineup is stacked with some of our favorite flavors:
- Cali Drip Wrap – pollo asado, fries (yes, inside), pickled onions & jalapeños, chipotle-bacon mayo, melty oaxacan queso
- Crack Wrap – al pastor chicken, cotija, pickled jalapeño mayo, pico de gallo, cabbage mix
- Caesar’s Chick Wrap – now living its best life in the wrap section
- The NEW Club Cluck Wrap – Grilled Chicken, crispy bacon, avocado, aged cheddar, tomato, pickled red onion, shredded iceberg, TCS ranch, black pepper mayo, griddled flour tortilla.
Portable, packed, and honestly… a little dangerous.
