Celebr8ing EIGHT Years of Chicken

The Crack Shack is celebrating EIGHT YEARS since the Little Italy coop opened in November 2015. What started as a humble passion project from the opening team at Juniper and Ivy is now an iconic destination for locals and tourists alike. To honor our loyal patrons, staff, and the small local farmers supplying us with pristine ingredients day in and day out – we’re partying all weekend long 😊

Friday, November 10 through Sunday, November 12, the Little Italy location is cooking up:

A Weekend-Long Special from the Kitchen: 

Culinary Director Jon Sloan and his team of Chefs are whipping up Loaded Pastor Fries – the new and fast-fan-favorite chicken thigh al pastor, Oaxacan fundido, avocado crema, charred pineapple and griddled onions atop The Crack Shack’s signature schmaltz fries with taco stand herbs. 

From the Bar:

Boozy Milkshakes featuring the current seasonal flavor (Cookie Butter), always sourced  from local After’s Ice Cream. Several of our taps will be taken over by Societe Brewing Co. for their top-selling craft sips, and their team will be here with Societe swag on Saturday afternoon.

Prizes Galore! 

In addition to a big giveaway from The Crack Shack’s Instagram (@getcrackshacked), the first 50 guests each day will receive a Crack Shack branded gift. The flock is handing out fanny packs on Friday, koozies on Saturday and re-usable tote bags on Sunday.
