How do I earn points?

It’s easy — just eat chicken.

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (before tax/tip).
  • We round like your favorite grandma — anything above 50 cents rounds up, anything below rounds down.
  • Points land in your account within 15 minutes of purchase.
  • Earn by:
    • Ordering online through the app
    • Scanning your QR code at the register

What can I get with my points?

In our Points Unlock Redeemables program, you start eating and start earning — then cash in your points for crave-worthy rewards like:

  • 50 Points – Handcut Fries
  • 100 Points – Biscuits
  • 125 Points – Milkshake or 6 Piece Nugs
  • 200 Points – Bowl or Sandwich
    …and more surprises we’ll cook up along the way.’
  • 250 Points – 5 Piece Bone-in Fried Chicken

Do points expire?

Yes — points expire 365 days after you earn them. Don’t worry, we’ll give you a heads-up:

  • 30 days before expiration
  • 7 days before expiration
    (Think of it as a friendly nudge from your chicken-obsessed bestie.)

Do I get anything for signing up?

Yep — we believe in love at first bite.

  • New members get a freebie item with a purchase — valid for 7 days after it’s issued.
  • Limit one sign-up reward per device.
  • Web sign-ups don’t qualify — this is an app-exclusive perk.

Can I get rewards for referring friends?

Cluck yes. Share the chicken gospel.

  • You get 40 points when your friend signs up and completes their first visit / order using the app.
  • The more friends you refer, the more surprises we’ll send your way.

Do you have birthday rewards?

You bet. Add your birthday to your profile and we’ll treat you to free hand-cut fries to celebrate. (Cake optional.)

When will I see my points after a purchase?

Usually faster than we can fry a chicken — but officially, within 15 minutes of your purchase.

Do I need to use the app to earn points?

Yes — download The Crack Shack app and either order through it for online ordering or scan it in-store to start racking up points.

Do you have special promotions?

Absolutely. The app is where we drop seasonal offers, sneak previews, surprise gifts, and other reasons to check your phone a lot.
